Audience members are given a card and a pen and encouraged to write down a problem they are facing. Ms Samantha Mann will respond to the dilemmas raised and share instructional stories from her own life. Anonymity is carefully guarded throughout. Tissues are provided. No satisfaction is guaranteed.
